Waking Up is an all-in-one mindfulness and meditation toolkit. The app is modern and easy to use, and the content is insightful, sophisticated and very thought provoking.
Do you find yourself worrying a lot? Do you have many worries in your head at once? Or do you repeatedly worry throughout the day? You might like to try Worry Time – an app specifically designed to help with a busy mind. Learn to set aside your worries until a later time and get on with your day.
Breathe helps you reduce the physical symptoms of stress and anxiety by slowing down your breathing and your heart rate with your iPhone or Apple Watch. Research shows that slowing your heart rate can increase feelings of calmness in your body and biofeedback is very effective in assisting with this skill. Using simple visuals, Breathe helps you to control your breath and measures your heart rate in real-time.
Calm is an app for sleep, relaxation and mindfulness meditation built to help you feel calm in a natural way that’s in tune with your body’s innate ability to switch from ‘ready for action’ to ‘resting’. If you’re new to meditation, Day 1 of “7 Days of Calm” program is a great place to start. The Calm app is free to download, and you will not incur any charges from simply downloading it or creating an account.
